Andrea Smith recently retired from Bank of America after almost 34 years. She served served as Bank of America’s chief administrative officer (CAO) leading multiple business and operational units globally. She was a member of the company’s executive management team, reporting to the CEO, for more than a decade. Previously, she led Global Human Resources, managing a global workforce of more than 285,000 employees. Smith remains active in the community and serves on several boards including HCA Healthcare, PGA of America and Queens University. She was recently inducted into the NC Business Hall of Fame and recognized as the Citizen of the Carolina’s.
